Passport clinic busy

A passport cliPassport clinicnic hosted by the office of Elgin-Middlesex-London MP Joe Preston held in East Elgin Community Complex’s Imperial Room attracted dozens of local residents on the afternoon and early evening of Tuesday, March 3. Those needing a photo taken for their passport application could take advantage of a photographer being on-site and applications were reviewed by Mr. Preston’s assistants. Passport applications accepted during the clinic were to be couriered to Passport Canada’s Gatineau office on March 13. Normal processing and delivery takes between four and six weeks.
