Pickleball debuts at Complex

Ann Steenbergen of Aylmer pickleballtried playing pickleball for the first time during an open house at East Elgin Community Complex on Wednesday morning, June 15. A mixture of experienced and rookie players filled Imperial Hall at the Complex that morning to take turns playing pickleball. Another open house for anyone interested in playing pickleball will be held at the Complex on Friday, June 17 from 9 a.m. to noon. The event is free to attend, the equipment is provided and there will be free refreshments.
