VIENNEAU, Patrick Joseph (1939 – 2020)

Passed away, suddenly and peacefully on Wednesday, February 12, 2020 at LHSC – Victoria Hospital from injuries sustained in an accident, with his loving family by his side, (Pat) Patrick Joseph Vienneau of Port Burwell in his 82nd year. Proud and dedicated member of the Knights of Columbus Council #4189, Aylmer and Our Lady of Sorrows R.C. Church, Aylmer. Resident of London for over 40 years and resident of Port Burwell for over 25 years. Dedicated former Machine Mechanic at the former Kellogg’s Plant, London for over 37 years retiring in 1994. Pat was joyfully dedicated to his wife and family. Pat met his best friend and beloved wife Doris Rollande (Lauzon) Vienneau in first grade, celebrating 75 years of love. Pat is the loving father of his son Marc (Brenda) Vienneau and their children: Ben, Alex; and a daughter Renee (Luc) Bourgeois and their children: Justin and Jared; and a daughter Nicole Vienneau (Patrick O’Connor). Loved brother of Leo Vienneau, Raymond Vienneau and Henri Vienneau. Predeceased by his parents Benoit Vienneau and Tilda (Godin) Vienneau and a brother Magela Vienneau, a brother Aurele Vienneau, sister Rosalie (Vienneau) Richer, sister Yvonne (Vienneau) Tremblay.

In keeping with Patrick’s wishes cremation has taken place after a short family time of remembrance with Pat. Funeral Mass to celebrate Patrick’s life and faith took place on Tuesday, February 18th, 2020 at 10 am (Rosary at 9:15 am) at Our Lady of Sorrows R.C. Church, 116 John Street, Aylmer by Rev. Fr. Graham Keep. In lieu of flowers, the family has a preference for memorial donations to the “Aylmer Knights of Columbus #4189” or the “Children’s Health Foundation” through the MAURICE J.
