Thousands enjoy Canada Day at the Complex

Farmtown Canada provided pony-drawn buggy rides at the Aylmer and Malahide Canada Day celebration at East Elgin Community Complex on the late afternoon and evening of Tuesday, July 1. Other attractions included food and refreshment vendors, children’s games and activities on the Eastlink arena surface and outside, live entertainment and an over 20 minute long fireworks show when it got dark sponsored by the Aylmer Kinsmen Club. An estimated over 5,000 visitors attended throughout the entire event.
