EESS Senior boys sweep AVSS, advance to playoffs

Marcus Enns of East Elgin Secondary School’s Senior boys volleyball team bumped the ball during a game against host Arthur Voaden Secondary School in St. Thomas on Tuesday, Nov. 3. EESS won in three straight games and, fourth-ranked at the end of the Thames Valley Regional South regular season, will take on third-place Parkside Collegiate Institute at PCI in the first round of playoffs Thursday, Nov. 5, at 3:30 p.m.
