Over 50 do the “monster dash” through Aylmer

The Fun Run consisted of either a five-kilometre or 2.5 km running or walking course through Aylmer’s park system starting and finishing at the Kinsmen Park pavilion. Little ones, like Hailee, Paisley and Owen, ran in their own 250-metre kids sprint. Sponsored by Fitness to the Max and the Aylmer Express, the Monster Dash Fun Run raised money for United Way Elgin-St. Thomas. Over 50 adults and children participated in the morning’s activities and the sponsors handed out several prizes to those attending for best costumes, group costumes and other fun divisions.
