Dance recital at East Elgin Secondary School

A group of East Elgin Secondary School dance students, most in Grade 10, rehearsed a hip-hop number, “Daydreaming,” they choreographed themselves with a “mash-up” of different songs on Monday, Jan. 11, for recitals this Wednesday, Jan. 13, and Thursday, Jan. 14. The theme for the shows is, “Wish Upon a Star.” The recitals are both at 7 p.m., with tickets available at the door for $7. Two dollars from each ticket will go to the Make-A-Wish Foundation of Southwestern Ontario.
