With gratitude and humble acceptance of God’s will, we announce the promotion to Glory of Joe VandenBrink, who was called home to be with the Lord on Thursday, December 12, 2024 at the age of 88. Joe departed peacefully and is now enjoying the presence of his Lord and the family who went before him. Joe was born on September 16, 1936, in The Netherlands and lived a life serving the Lord spreading love and kindness to those he met. He was a devoted husband, loving father, cherished grandpa and a faithful servant of God. His love for the Lord was evident in everything he did, and he touched countless lives with his selfless love and unwavering faith. Joe was a man who always held a positive, cheerful outlook in life; hopefully his joyous legacy will carry on. He lived by the motto, “Every day is a gift.”
