Mary Ellen (Esler) Phillips

PHILLIPS, Mary Ellen (Esler) in her 90th year. Peacefully at Marian Villa Hospital, London on Tuesday, December 24, 2019. Predeceased by her husband Bob Phillips (2002). Mary lived in Aylmer, Dorchester and for over 70 years on the 2nd Concession of Westminster Township. Mary was born on May 27, 1930, daughter of Bill and Minnie (Blaney) Esler.  Sister of Harry, Billy, Davie, Betty and Sarah who all predeceased her. She was the loving and dedicated mother of Alan and Wendy Phillips, Linda and Dan Tiede, Barry and Gloria Phillips and Robert and Shari Phillips. She will be missed by 7 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Mary is also survived by her brother in law Don Cousins. She will be missed by her many cousins, friends and neighbours. Mary was a Ladies’ Auxillary member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch #513. Dorchester for almost 45 years. Thank you, mom, for all our great memories. Visitation was held at the Bieman Funeral Home, 3970 Hamilton Road Dorchester on Tuesday, December 31, 2019, prior to funeral service. Interment Dorchester Union Cemetery.
