Ricky Lee Garrett

GARRETT, Ricky Lee at the age of 64 died peacefully at home with his family by his side on January 1, 2021. Born January 10th 1956 to Jack and Marjorie Garrett in Tillsonburg Ont. He married Joan Benner on July 10th 1976 and had two daughters; Amanda (Josh Stubbs) and Marsha (Matthew Wight). He worked at Adient for over 30 years and retired in 2020. He was a genuine family man that cared deeply for those around him. Rick’s grandchildren meant the world to him (Jackson, Asher, Dexton and Cora). He was preceded in death by his parents and brother Tracy. Survived by his sisters Bonnie Walcarius, Cheryl Norris, and brother Randy Garrett. He enjoyed his yearly hunt week with friends from near and far. Rick loved to entertain and take care of everyone around him whether it be feeding neighbours or fixing literally anything for anyone. He truly was a jack of all trades with the biggest heart. There will be no visitation or funeral. Burial site is at Richmond West Cemetery. Celebration of life will be announced at a later date.
