layer Avery Bergen was on her way to third base as part of a skills drill during the Springfield Brewers four-pitch and blast ball season-ending wrap event on Tuesday, Aug. 19 at Malahide Community Place. After an hour-long set of skill drills, the players and their parents were treated to a barbecue. The baseball learning program for players aged four to six had 80 participants this year.
