EESS Seniors overcome Medway to avoid relegation

Nic Klassen of East Elgin Secondary School emerged from a pack of teammates and Medway Secondary School players during their last game of the regular season in wet and muddy conditions in Arva, Friday, Oct. 31. EESS won the game 10-3 to finish third in Thames Valley Regional’s London Central first division. Had East Elgin lost, it would have been relegated to the second division next year. EESS Seniors will take on second-ranked Central Secondary School at Citywide Field in London in a semifinal game on Friday, Nov. 7, at 2 p.m.
