Webber as we celebrate his life on Saturday, May 27th, 2023, at 1:30 p.m. in the Delmer Cemetery (312242 Dereham Line, Delmer), with a graveside service to share memories about Donald and a message of hope, by Mark Hayward L.L.W.L., of Trinity Anglican Church, Port Burwell.
