Kub Kars take over Elgin Mall

First Aylmer Beavers Keiran Hoffer, 6, left, Samantha Chretien, 7, and Zoey Briggs, 5, showed off the cars they made for the 36th annual Kub Kar Rally at Elgin Mall in St. Thomas on Saturday, Feb. 21. Dozens of Cub and Beaver Scouts from throughout Elgin County and St. Thomas participated in this year’s rally.
