Ens, Southwick win in Bayham
With all polls reporting for Bayham’s election Monday, Oct. 27, incumbent Mayor Paul Ens defeated challenger Roger James 961 to 516 to win re-election.
Incumbent Cliff Evanitski led Councillor Tom Southwick of Port Burwell in the race for deputy mayor much of the night, but in the end overwhelming support from the south end gave the challenger the win, 796 to 691.
In Ward 1, Randy Breyer won a four-way race for councillor with 164 votes, followed by Rainey Weisler with 157, Norm Hughes with 137 and Kimberly Legg with 93.
In Ward 2, incumbent Wayne Casier fended off challenger Rick Weisler 359 to 124.
