Swedish grandfather stops in Aylmer during run across North America

Bjorn Suneson, runner68, of Stockholm, Sweden stopped for lunch at the Aylmer McDonald’s on Thursday, July 7 during his cross-North America running journey. He preferred to term his jog from San Francisco to Boston as “coast to coast” and he averaged about 53 kilometres running on roads with his stroller a day. Mr. Suneson, a retired economic journalist at a large Stockholm newspaper, was on day 76 of his 93 day journey. This was his fifth coast to coast running trek across North America but his first time visiting Canada. He was to spend a week running through Ontario.
