Shaw’s celebrates its 70th anniversary

Shaw’s Ice Cream and Dairy Bar, located south of Union on Sunset Road, celebrated its 70th anniversary in style with a Ferris Wheel, a photo booth, face painting, prizes and giveaways and live music along with free ice cream to anyone who showed up with a 1948 classic car or pickup truck on Saturday, Sept. 1.
