BERGEN, Jacob “Jake” of Port Burwell passed away at Tillsonburg District Memorial Hospital on Thursday, August 20, 2020 in his 40th year. Beloved husband of Susana (Loewen) Bergen. Loving father of Josiah, Luke, Titus, Victor and Astrid. Dear brother of Frank (Wonita), Isaak (Lisa), Peter, John (Jennifer), Abe, Helen, Trudy (John) Hildebrandt, Henry (Emma), Susie (Josh) and Nancy. He will be missed by his aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his sister Margaret. Born in Durango, Mexico on October 27, 1980, son of Helena (Klassen) Bergen and the late Franz Bergen (2017). Due to COVID-19 restrictions, friends and family who wish to attend the funeral must call the funeral home at (519 773 8400) to register. The funeral service will be held at Redemption Bible Chapel, St. Thomas on Monday, August 24, 2020 (masks are required). Interment Aylmer Cemetery.
