Terry Glen Ellis

Ellis, Terry Glen  in his 59th year, passed away peacefully at the Pembroke Regional Hospital, Surrounded by his wife Donna, his mother and brothers, on Thursday, October 15, 2020. Terry leaves behind his wife of 19 years, Donna Zohr-Ellis, his mother Marilyn Gillies and stepfather Bob, of Aylmer Ontario, brothers Gerald (Judy) of Golden Lake Ontario, Dave (Kim) of Aylmer Ontario, Dean of Eden Ontario as well as his stepmother Joyce Willet. Terry was predeceased by his father Glen Ellis. Terry was stepfather to Ashley (Marc) and Colin (Hannah), and the proudest “Poppa” to Carter, Jaxon, Dominic and Charlie. He was a loving son-in-law to Bruno and Ethel Zohr, brother-in-law of Charles (Kim), Terry (Jane) and Mike (Denise). He was loved by 14 nieces and nephews, many aunts and uncles as well as cousins. Terry known as “Sliver” to some, had many special, special friends: Kevin, Rudy, Brian, Brent, Dave K, Dave S, Bernie and Mel just to name a few. We all got to enjoy his infectious smile, but sometimes he could light a fire, if you pushed the right button! Terry actively helped with the Golden Lake United Church Camp, and was a member of the North Algona Wiberforce Volunteer Fire Department. Professional services have been entrusted to the care of Zohr Family Funeral Home, Eganville. There will be no visitation, and a private memorial graveside service was held on Tuesday, October 20, 2020 at 10am, THIS SERVICE CAN BE STREAMED ON THE ZOHR FAMILY FUNERAL HOME FACEBOOK PAGE.
