Passion Play a highlight of Good Friday service

Jesus, played by Ray Reid, right, embraced Lazarus (Nicole DeRyk) after raising him from the dead during one of the scenes of the Passion of Christ staged during the Good Friday service at Our Lady of Sorrows Roman Catholic Church in Aylmer on the morning of April 3. At left were the Chief Priest played by Ivana Csinos and an Elder played by Zoe Hodgetts. The photo was taken during the dress rehearsal held earlier on the same morning of the performance at the service. The dramatization of the Passion of Christ is presented by members of the Our Lady of Sorrows Youth Ministry each year on Good Friday. The cast is comprised of about 20 children and youth aged 9 to 17.
