Water fun at Straffordville PS
Grade 2 pupil Lilla Horvath-Wall, right, tried to jump rope without spilling any of the water contained in a small glass she was holding during the Zoo Olympics at Straffordville Public School on Monday, June 22. Taking a turn turning the rope behind Ms. Horvath was Angela Weiler. The Zoo Olympics are held at Straffordville Public School near the end of each school year. All of the activities involved water, exercise and having fun and this year were organized and staged by teacher Amy Beattie’s Grade 5/6 class for the younger pupils from full day Kindergarten to Grade 3.
