Telling silly stories

Library Assistant Christi Fraser, top, led a group of children in the Mad Libs activity in the theatre on the second floor of Aylmer Old Town Hall during the Aylmer Library’s Summer Reading Club program finale on Thursday afternoon, Aug. 6. Mrs. Fraser asked a series of seemingly random questions of the children to fill in the blanks to a silly story created through the Mad Libs exercise. After helping create and then hearing a series of silly stories, the children were treated to ice cream sundaes they were able to create themselves out of several deliciously sweet ingredients.
