Pepper Fest sizzles at Old Imperial Farmers Market

A youngster offered a soothing drink to Jake Bartsch as he competed in a hot-wings eating contest as part of Pepper Fest festivities on Friday night, Sept. 6 at Old Imperial Farmers Market.
