First Great War exhibit opens at Aylmer Museum
Curator Amanda Vandenwyngaert, left, caught up with Jim McCallum, right, and his mother Margaret during the free official opening of the Aylmer Remembers WW1 exhibit the Aylmer-Malahide Museum and Archives on Sunday afternoon, April 3. Mr. McCallum has authored a series of book compilations on the First Great War, including Age Shall Not Weary Them: The Men of East Elgin Who Made the Supreme Sacrifice in the First Great War. The exhibit focuses on the contributions and sacrifices of East Elgin men and women during the First Great War.
