Junior, Senior girls advance to semifinals-updated

East Elgin Secondary School’s Junior and Senior girls basketball teams will play in Thames Valley Southeast semifinals at home on Thursday, after a pair of victories in quarterfinals at EESS Tuesday. Earlier, EESS’s Juniors bested Woodstock College Avenue 39-11. East Elgin Seniors will take to the court on Thursday at 1:30 p.m. for the semifinal against Central Elgin Collegiate Institute, with the Juniors playing at 4:30 p.m. against Woodstock Huron Park.
