Southwestern Public Health was reporting a new confirmed case of COVID-19 in St. Thomas and area on Sunday, Oct. 11. The only other ongoing case in the Southwestern region of Elgin, St. Thomas and Oxford is in Central Elgin. On the same day, 649 new cases were being reported across Ontario.
