Ms. Marion Heyndrickx of Delhi passed away at the Delrose Retirement Residence, Delhi on Tuesday, November 2, 2021 in her 96th year. Marion enjoyed a fulfilling career as an insurance agent working well into her 80s. She loved singing in the choir at Our Lady, Queen of Martyrs Roman Catholic Church. She was a member of the Delhi Belgian Club. Her hobbies included reading, golfing, waterskiing, bowling, playing bridge, euchre, collecting antiques, and travelling. Cherished aunt of Mark Heyndrickx, Cathy Heyndrickx (Cathy), Debbie McLay, Darcie Knull (Ron), Connie McKnight (John), Rosemary Hendel (Peter) and Wanda Minor (Late Dan) and several great-nieces and nephews. Dearest sister-in-law of June Heyndrickx. Predeceased by her sister Rachel Heyndrickx (2014) and by her two brothers: Robert (2009) and Homer Heyndrickx (2005) and by her sister-in-law Grace Heyndrickx (2013). Friends called at the MURPHY FUNERAL HOME, Delhi (519) 582-1290 (www.mfh.care) for visitation on Monday from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. A Funeral Mass was held at Our Lady, Queen of Martyrs Roman Catholic Church, Delhi on Tuesday, November 9, 2021 at 11:00 a.m. with Interment in Delhi Cemetery. Memorial Donations to the Delhi Community Health Centre or Our Lady, Queen of Martyrs (St. Vincent de Paul Society) or any charity of choice will be gratefully appreciated by the family.
