Jr. Eagles win football consolation championship

East Elgin Secondary School Junior football players hoisted the trophy after winning the Thames Valley Regional Central consolation championship with a 43-20 victory over Clarke Road Secondary School at TD Waterhouse Stadium, Western University, on Thursday, Nov. 26. Clarke Road led 14-0 at one point in the first quarter, but EESS rallied to take the trophy.
