EESS Seniors win Southeast, off to WOSSAA

Ryan Hiemstra of East Elgin Secondary School’s Senior boys basketball team passed to a teammate in a nail-biter of a game against host Ingersoll District Collegiate Institute on the way to a 51-44 win to clinch the Thames Valley Southeast championship Wednesday, Feb. 19. EESS will play for the WOSSAA AAA championship at Clark Road Secondary School Friday, Feb. 21, at 5 p.m.
