Park in Belmont lit up for Christmas

Belmont Community Park was full of local families who witnessed the Christmas lights be turned on there on Sunday evening, Nov. 29. The All that Glitters Committee celebrated the 20th year of having a park in Belmont be decorated with displays and lights for the Christmas season. Belmont’s Main Street (Belmont Road) is also decorated with Christmas lights. The evening featured performances by the Back Seat Girls and the South Dorchester Public School Choir and the All that Glitters Committee and the Belmont United Church Women provided hot chocolate and cookies.
