Senior girls take WOSSAA bronze

Kendra Cornelissen of East Elgin Secondary School guarded a host Catholic Central High player during the bronze-medal game of a WOSSAA AAA Senior girls basketball championship tournament in London, Thursday, Nov. 17. EESS lost its opening game to London Lucas, ranked number three in Ontario, but came back in its second game to defeat CCH 42-30 and take the bronze.
