Angie McMaster
Angela Jean McMaster – With heavy hearts and profound sadness, we announce that Angie peacefully passed away on Thursday, June 26th, 2025, surrounded by family and friends, at the age of 60. She was a cherished mother to Skyler Cowen (Wyatt), a beloved daughter to Evelyn McMaster and the late James “Budd” McMaster (2019), and a loving sister to Lori Henderson-Gibbons (Gary). Angie will be deeply missed by her nephews, Owen and Luke Henderson, her niece, Mya Henderson, dear friend Bruce Bulina, and close friends Holly Fisher and Lisa Sorochan. Also predeceased by her brother-in-law Aaron Henderson.
Angie was born on March 7, 1965, in London, Ontario, and spent most of her life in Aylmer. During her childhood and teenage years, she actively participated in various local activities such as swimming at the Aylmer Pool, figure skating, and playing Springfield Fastball. She also helped in the family business, Do-nut Caterers, after school and on weekends. As an adult, she found joy in kayaking with her friends in Port Bruce.
After graduating from East Elgin Secondary School, Angie attended the University of Guelph, where she earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree. She furthered her studies at Fanshawe College, obtaining a diploma in Radiography. Angie began her career at London Health Sciences Hospital as an X-ray Technician and was soon promoted to a CT Technician, a role she fulfilled for more than 25 years until she retired.
In her retirement, she took a seasonal job at Pinecroft as a server, where she thoroughly enjoyed interacting with both patrons and fellow staff members. Angie will always be remembered for her witty, sarcastic humour with that quiet smile!
In accordance with Angie’s wishes, a private family service will be held. The family invites friends and loved ones to join them for a Celebration of Life on Saturday, August 9th, 2025, at 1:00 pm at the Henderson-Gibbons residence, located at 6932 Fairview Road, St. Thomas. Contributions to the Hospice of Elgin or Helping Paws Rescue would be greatly appreciated. You can share your memories or offer condolences at kebbelfuneralhome.com.
