1967 – 2022

Jacqueline Louise Kinsey, at the age of 55 years was called Home to be with her Lord & Savior Jesus Christ on Tuesday December 20, 2022 from LHSC –Victoria Hospital, London, ON with her loving husband of 14 years Michael by her side. Loving step-mother to Missina Germain and husband Dustin and their daughter Zahavah; Christopher Kinsey and partner Catherine.

Cherished daughter to Wayne and Patricia Cooke of Oliver, B.C.. Beloved sister to Caroline Fransen and husband Tony and their sons Isaiah, Caleb and daughter Kylee; brother Michael Cooke and wife Tanya and their sons, Jacob, Jonah, Dawson and Nolan. Daughter-in-law to Barry and June Kinsey. Sister-in-law to Stephen Kinsey and wife Susan and their son Matthew and wife Pam and their sons Jake & Charlie; Darren Kinsey and fiancée Charlotte; Stephanie Graydon and husband Garrett and their son Luke.

To Jacqueline, being an RCMP Officer was her career, but being an artist and photographer, was her passion. She also loved the outdoors, camping, and of course ALL her fur babies!

Philippians 4:7 – “and the peace of God, which surpasses all understanding, will guard your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.” – That is the peace that Jacqueline had to her last breath…that is the hope, comfort and strength to lean on that she wanted for us that remain.

Michael will receive family and friends at Ostrander’s Funeral Home, 43 Bidwell Street, Tillsonburg, ON N4G 3T6 (519) 842-5221 on Thursday December 29, 2022 from 4:00pm until 7:00pm. The Memorial service (Ontario) that will be Live-Streamed will be held at 2:00pm on Friday December 30, 2022 in Ostrander’s Funeral Home Chapel.

There will also be a Spring 2023 memorial held near Oliver, BC with family and friends in the west that cannot make it to Ontario on the 30th, at one of Jacqueline’s favorite places where she grew up. Time and location details to be confirmed at later date…
