John MacKenzie

MacKenzie, John Fraser of Aylmer passed away at St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital on March 2, 2026. He was 74 years old. Beloved husband of Mary Jane(Huller) MacKenzie of 49 years. Dear father of Robert(Veronica) and Nicole(Doug). Cherished grandfather of Spencer and Blaire. He will be missed by his in-laws Linda Graves(Neil Crozier), Bob Mossey(late Julie) and Janet Sym(late Ted). Also survived by a number of nieces and nephews. Born in St. Thomas, Ontario on August 26, 1951, son of the late Jickie and Jean(Cook) MacKenzie. John will be remembered for his spirited personality, his sense of humour and his ability to make people laugh. He loved classic cars; especially his Corvette and Nova. John was a dedicated Pittsburgh Steelers fan. His greatest joy came from spending time with his family. Visitation will be held at the H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Monday, March 9, 2026 from 2-4:00 p.m. and 6-8:00 p.m.  A private family service will be held at a later date.
