John Rakoschi Jr.

Rakoschi, John Dennis Jr. of Mississauga passed away at Trillium Health Partner on Monday, February 23, 2026. He was 56 years old. Loving son of John and Marie Rakoschi of St. Thomas. Dear brother of Linda Smith (Kyle) of St. Thomas. He was predeceased by his grandparents Katie and John Rakoschy and Dennis and Mary Boudreau. John was born in St. Thomas, Ontario on October 30, 1969.  He completed his electronic engineering technician training at DeVry Institute in Toronto. John’s love of music was constant throughout his life, and he took great pride in his Mazda RX-8. He was skilled with his hands and enjoyed fixing electronics.

A memorial service will be held at the H.A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Friday, February 27, 2026 at 1:00 p.m. with visitation from 12:30-1:00 p.m. Donations to the Canadian Cancer Society or St. Thomas Elgin General Hospital Foundation would be appreciated.
