Marion Fuller
Marion Elaine Fuller, age 86 of Aylmer, ON, passed away June 5th, 2025 at the Georgetown Hospital in Halton Hills. Marion Fuller was born February 20th, 1939 at the St Thomas Elgin General Hospital to Grey and Bea (Taylor) Fuller.
Marion grew up in Aylmer working her summers at both the East Elgin High School and Ontario Police College. She eventually relocated to Etobicoke, ON to pursue a career with Air Canada as a flight attendant. Her role with Air Canada allowed her to travel and she developed a love for the beach and sunshine. Once her flying days were behind her, Marion was hired by Panasonic Canada where she was employed right through until her retirement in 2002. Marion formed lifelong friendships at Panasonic where she was known for her superior work ethic, loyalty, dedication, warm and caring personality.
Marion is survived by her only child, daughter, Leanne (Duff) Burke. Once Leanne and her husband Ryan moved away from the big city, Marion was not long behind them. Since her retirement in 2002, Marion had called Georgetown, ON “home”. She lived within minutes of her daughter and three grandchildren Carter William Burke, Taylor Greyson Burke and Lauren Trinity Burke. She was an avid sports fan and a proud and devoted grandma, spending countless hours at the hockey rinks, baseball diamonds, dance recitals and graduations. A true lover of any and all food that she didn’t have to cook herself, Marion enjoyed frequenting many of the area’s local restaurants. You would always have a lunch companion if you placed a quick call to Marion.
Marion is lovingly remembered and already missed terribly by her daughter Leanne Burke (Ryan), and her three cherished grandchildren. She will be remembered for her spunk, wit, perseverance and deep love for her family. She made lasting connections throughout her life which speaks volumes of her character. She will certainly be missed by those who knew her.
