Children’s Choice at the library
Aylmer Old Town Hall Library Assistant Christi Fraser, left, led more than 20 children in dancing to the Hokey Pokey during the first Children’s Choice session held at the library on Thursday morning, Sept. 15. Running every Thursday for the next five weeks starting at 10:30 a.m., Children’s Choice is a pre-school program for ages 2-5 with stories, songs, activities and crafts. The free sessions last between a half hour and 45 minutes long and parents can pre-register their children in-person, over the telephone or through the Aylmer library’s website. Parents can also just drop-in with their children for a session. Contact the library for their other children and youth programs for various age groups.
