AMHA road hockey players turned into wet warriors

The second annual Aylmer Minor Hockey Association road hockey tournament took place in the pouring rain on Saturday morning, Sept. 17 in the parking lot in front of and beside the German Canadian Club’s Saxonia Hall just west of town. The all-day tournament featured 19 teams with 89 registered players in five age divisions. The road hockey tournament raised money to offset the costs of running the AMHA and helped kick off the 2016-17 hockey season in Aylmer.
