Schnekenburger, Roy of Aylmer passed away at Woodingford Lodge Tillsonburg on Tuesday, June 9, 2026. He was 83 years old. Beloved husband of Gloria(Wilson) Schnekenburger. Dear father of Shirley Becht(Bob) of Tillsonburg, Laurie Beech(Steve) of St. Thomas and Roy Schnekenburger Jr.(Shannon) of Tillsonburg. Loving grandfather of Ashley, Meagan(Kyle), Katie, Kyle(Shanna), Brittany(Josh), Maxx and Hilton. He will be missed by 7 great-grandchildren. Born in St. Thomas, Ontario on August 27, 1942, son of the late Homer and Gladys(Parker) Schnekenburger. Roy dedicated 35 years of his career to driving transport truck for Superior Propane and Energy Transportation. In his spare time, he enjoyed fishing, camping and had a love for old cars. Many cherished memories were made at Klondyke Trailer Park in Grand Bend, a place he greatly enjoyed. Roy shared a special bond with his faithful companion, Carter, who was always by his side. Visitation will be held at the H.A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Friday, June 26, 2026 from 6-8:00 p.m. A private family service will be held. Cremation-burial, Aylmer Cemetery.
