Recount applied for in Bayham election

Straffordville resident Will Arlow has applied for a court to rule on whether a recount will be conducted in the Oct. 27 Bayham election.

Bayham Administrator Paul Shipway confirmed that municipal staff were served a notice of application and an affidavit at the end of the business day on Friday, Nov. 28.

A hearing on the application is scheduled for Monday, Jan. 5 within a St. Thomas courtroom.
