EESS girls, boys finish season with wins

Amanda Milmine of East Elgin Secondary School challenged the host Central Elgin Collegiate Institute keeper during the last game of the regular season in St. Thomas for the two teams Wednesday, May 11. The EESS girls won their game 5-0, while the East Elgin boys edged CECI 2-1. Both EESS teams finished the season in second place in Thames Valley South, and will host quarterfinals at home Friday, May 13. East Elgin boys will play CECI at 2 p.m., and the EESS girls Central Elgin again at 3:30 p.m.
