Harold Kipp
KIPP, Harold William (1937 – 2021)-
It is with deep sadness, we the Kipp family announce the passing of our beloved husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, brother and friend to many, Harold William Kipp, a resident of RR6 Tillsonburg, on April 1st, 2021, at the age of 83. Harold was born in Vienna, Ontario, to the late John Kipp and Gladys (Locker) Kipp. Harold’s passions included putting together jigsaw puzzles and playing cards with his family and many friends. Harold loved driving, especially for the Amish communities. Harold was a member to the “Thames Valley Metal Detectors Association”. During Harold’s working years, he owned businesses including the H&R Texaco, Broadway Street, Tillsonburg and The Pop Shoppe. ‘’It’s Our Business”… serving your business in Tillsonburg. He took great pride in his business and all of his family being involved. He will be dearly missed by his family: his loving and much loved wife of 61 years Marilyn (Mannell) Kipp and his loving and much loved children Cindy Gibbons (Kipp), of Tillsonburg; James Kipp, of Tillsonburg; David (Mariyana) Kipp, of Paris, Ontario. Proud and loving grandfather (G.P.A. or Grumpy great-grandfather) of Tanya Hamm and to her children Lily and Samantha; Chantelle Gibbons and Henri; and Dakota Walker. Survived by his brother Roger (Pauline) Kipp of Alberta; brother-in-law Sheldon Priddle of Tillsonburg and several nieces, nephews and cousins. Predeceased by a brother Jerry Kipp and a sister-in-law Judy Priddle.

A Funeral Service to Honour Harold’s Life and Legacy will be on Monday, April 5, 2021 at 2pm in the Maurice J. Verhoeve Funeral Home (519-842-4238), Tillsonburg, Chapel, by Rev. Pat Cook, Associate Minister of St. Paul’s United Church. Cremation followed.
