David Marr new Elgin warden

Fellow county councillors unanimously appointed Central Elgin Deputy Mayor David Marr as Elgin warden, Tuesday night, Dec. 10.

He said top priorities for 2014 included: a proposed new provincial offences court and museum building; shortening ambulance response times in Bayham; planned renovations to Terrace Lodge long-term care home in Malahide; and saving Dexter Line west of Port Bruce from lakeshore erosion.
