Thames Valley bronze for New Sarum girls

Aliah Brown of New Sarum Public School set up the ball for an attack by a teammate during the final of three round-robin preliminary games at the Thames Valley District School Board Senior Girls “A” elementary championship tournament at Clarke Road Secondary School in London, Saturday, Dec. 5.  New Sarum bested two of the teams in its pool and lost to one, then fell in a tiebreaker a hardfought game to John Dearness Public School of the second pool . That put NSPS into the bronze-medal game, which it won in two straight games against East Oxford.
