Ontario election June 12

A provincial election will be held in Ontario on Thursday, June 12.

Premier Kathleen Wynne asked the Lieutenant Governor Friday, May 2, to dissolve the Legislature after the New Democratic Party and Progressive Conservative Party made clear they wouldn’t support her government’s budget, which was presented on Thursday, May 1.
