He will also be deeply missed by his brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and many cousins.

Danny retired from CAMI Automotive after 30 years of dedicated service. He was proud to be involved in his community and was a valued member of several local organizations.

He served as Past Vice-President of the Straffordville Hall Foundation, was an active member of the Straffordville Community Committee, where he was affectionately known as the Bingo Caller, and served as a Member at Large with the Bayham Historical Society. Danny generously volunteered throughout Bayham and the surrounding communities, always willing to lend a helping hand wherever there was a need. He enjoyed playing euchre and Flags at the Bayham United Church, as well as euchre at the Port Burwell Legion. He was also a member of Periscope Playhouse, where he loved attending plays and musical events. An avid sportsman, Danny spent many years as a member of the Bandits slow-pitch and football teams. He also enjoyed bowling and was a proud 200+ bowler in the Tillsonburg Bowling League. One of Danny’s most special commitments was caring for the Straffordville Sharing Pantry, a responsibility he took great pride in and continued until he was no longer able.

In keeping with Danny’s wishes, donations in his memory may be made to the Straffordville Sharing Pantry, in care of the Straffordville Hall Foundation (e-transfer to: shfoundation2018@gmail.com)

Danny’s dedication to his family, his community, and helping others will be fondly remembered by all who knew and loved him. His kindness, generosity, and willingness to help others have left a lasting mark on the community he was so proud to be part of.
