Marion “Pat” (nee Orton) Bird

BIRD, Marion “Pat” (nee Orton) passed away on Monday, March 12, 2018 at her home. Beloved wife of the late Bill (2005). Loving mom to Robert, Debbie Bird and Elaine Matejcek (Frank – deceased). Cherished grandma to eight grandchildren and great-grandma to twelve great-grandchildren. She will also be missed by her son-in-law, John and many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by her parents, Herb and Ada (nee Sacrider), daughter, Cheryl and siblings, Margaret, Donna, Phyllis, Barbara and Don.

Arrangements entrusted to the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick St. Kitchener, 519-749-8467. Cremation has taken place. A private family interment will take place in Aylmer Cemetery.

As expressions of sympathy, donations to the Canadian Mental Health Association would be appreciated by the family (cards available at the funeral home).
