Kathryn Grunsell

Grunsell, Kathryn of Straffordville passed away peacefully surrounded by the love of her family at London Health Science Centre- Victoria Hospital on Thursday, December 4, 2025. She was 56 years old. Beloved wife of Stephen Grunsell. Cherished mother of Victoria Grunsell(Denver) and Justin Grunsell(Bridget), and loving grandma to Blake, who will miss her. She was the dear sister of Chloe(Mark) and Mary(Isaac). She will also be remembered as a loving aunt to Leah(Kenny) and Peter(Andrea), and great-aunt to Laila, Kenzie, and Phineas. Loving daughter-in-law of Anne Grunsell. She is survived by the Grunsell family, including Wendy(late Dave), Paul(Cheryl) and their children Erin and Nathan, Rebecca and her children Dylan, Jordan and Alexis. Born in Durango, Mexico on April 18, 1969, daughter of the late Peter and Maria Froese. Kathryn treasured her role as a grandmother and found great joy in every moment spent with her family. She loved tending to her garden and was the steady, loving presence that held her family together. Kathryn worked at Zehrs Tillsonburg for over 30 years. Visitation will be held at the H. A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Saturday, December 13, 2025 from 2 to 4 p.m. Cremation has taken place. There will be no formal service.
