Betty Brown

Brown, Betty Eileen passed away peacefully at Terrace Lodge on Monday, October 26, 2026. She was 97 years old. Beloved wife of the late Harold Brown (2008). Dear mother of Douglas Brown (Valerie) of Aylmer and Ruth Wright (late Wayne) of Aylmer. Loving grandmother of Debra Brown and Jason Brown (Tracy). Great-grandmother of Connor (Eden), Brady and Aliyah. Also survived by her brother Dave Winters (Ruth) and a number of nieces and nephews. Predeceased by sisters Dorothy Acre, Ruth DeWaele, Beatrice Henderson and brother Arthur Winters. Born in Bayham Township, Ontario on January 23, 1929, daughter of the late Frank and Elizabeth (Dowson) Winters. She will be fondly remembered for her big smile, warm sense of humour and a feisty attitude. Visitation will be held at the H.A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Thursday, October 29, 2026 from 5-8:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Friday, October 30, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. Cremation-burial, Aylmer Cemetery.
