Martin Teutsch

Teutsch, Martin of Aylmer, Ontario, passed away peacefully on Saturday, September 5, 2026 at his home. He was 92 years old. Beloved husband of Mary (Horeth) Teutsch of 68 years. He will be missed by sister Kitti Paparone from New Jersey, sister-in-law Margaret Teutsch, and brother-in-law Martin (Barbara) Horeth. Predeceased by brother Mike Teutsch and sisters Maria Remner-Stacey, Rosie Teutsch, and infant sister Rose. Also, he will be missed by nephews and nieces Michael (Regina)Teutsch Jr, Lisa (Mike) Marucci, Steve (Kelly) Remner, Eric (Maryanne) Remner, Christine (Marshall) Rupert, Linda Horeth, Laurie (John) Houghton, Carol Aspden and several great nephews and nieces. Born in Waltersdorf Transylvania, Romania on April 10, 1934, son of the late Martin and Maria Teutsch.

Martin loved his life on the farm, growing tobacco and other crops. It was the life he chose and found great satisfaction in working the land alongside his wife Mary. They enjoyed retirement travelling around the world, golfing and Florida in the winter. Visitation will be held at the H.A. Kebbel Funeral Home, Aylmer on Tuesday, September 8, 2026 from 5-8:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday, September 9, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. Interment, Aylmer Cemetery.
